ls swap fuel lines

does anybody make a fuel line kit from the tank to the fuel filter or even up to the fuel rail itself it would be for a 69 chevelle. And also how are you guys wireing the electric fuel pump?

I have not seen anyone selling kits. I used new stock fuel lines and attached a compression to AN adaptor at both ends and then made teflon AN hoses for the connections at both ends. What are you using for a pressure regulator?

I've done a couple LS swaps. I used a combination of hardline and stainless AN line at the ends. If I were to do it again, I would buy the OEM plastic line and fittings used on every car on the road today. You can source all the stuff you need for 1/3 the price of any other combo. No smell or ethanol issues either.
Just search Dorman fuel lines and fittings, you can buy kits or by the individual pieces.

Speed Inc. Hooked me up. I walked them through what I was looking to do and they sent me all the needed parts to plumb from tank to rails. This included the corvette filter setup, braided nylon lines, fittings, etc.

I got http://www.finelinesinc.com/ to make me a custom hardline to run along the frame.

i found their kit it looks good i just wanna make sure its not junk before i buy i also want quality since it will be carring fuel. also is there anybo that makes a complete wireing kit for the ls into the chevelle cuse i wanna use the aaw kit.

I just ran a stainless braided line down the car to a vette reg and just clamped everything on the other side. Works fine. Infact, I just checked it for leaks, all GTG. Use Aeroquip AN lines, I've found all the knock offs to leak and be of sub par quality.

I used Tube Tech in Mena, AR (S&P uses their stuff on their installs). Very nice SS lines and fits like a glove. Pricey though.

Brian bent up the lines by hand, using the old ones as a template. Ended it at an pressure regulator with gauge.

what type of pump and filters are you useing and also is that the stock style tank with just a aftermarket pump added.

There is also another company that makes something similar to the dorman kit, though right off hand I forget the name. Another cheaper option ($8 or so) is to go to a yard and find a mid-90s Deville and pull the lines and fittings from it, the one I found even had a fuel filter on it where I would want to put a corvette regulator. Just for the sake of clarity, the lines are nylon/ plastic/ whatever from front to back, other years throw some metal in there in the middle. If you are careful you can even get the connectors you need. If nothing else it might be worth looking into so you can do some trial and error before spending $$$ on something else.

For wiring the pump. I come strait off the alternator lug with a Maxi Fuse Holder 6 Gauge wire to a big 70Amp relay. Then 10gage wire to another fuse holder at the pump with recommended size for the pump. all terminals crimped solderer and heat-shrink.

Can someone post more pic of the fuel line by the passanger frame rail? I need to bend my fuel line and mount it to the firewall for my ls3. Just trying to see what everyone else did
