As is, it can only be used with a dizzy. An add on box can be used to drive 8 coils. It is light years ahead of your Holley 4D, faster chip, better resolution for tuning, wideband targets, data logging, etc. BTW your T/A is beautiful.

      Thanks,

      you know the plans....

Glad you appreciate the T/A . Need to update the thread being I am closing this chapter of the build. Going to enjoy the car a little before starting the next chapter. Pretty sure anything will be more sophisticated than the Projection installed however It's simplicity works. Ultimate plans are SEFI & DIS. Looks like BS3-004-026 or -021 would be what I would want. Dont see the add on box listed. Perhaps I am over looking it. Know where to look? Depending on size of ECU's and total cost, your system may work on the economical sense.

The part numbers you listed will work for COP, but not with a distributor. An XIM box from FAST will convert a single coil ECU to multi coils (yes any brand of ECU) allowing you the now and later set up you want. IMHO, converting a Gen 1 type engine to COP offers no performance advantage, and still requires a distributor of some sort to drive the oil pump and provide a cam signal.
