      Introducing "The Toad"

      Hey guys,

I've been a member for a while but haven't gotten around to posting some pics of my 68 Camaro I call, "The Toad". (don't laugh, it came to me in a dream!) LOL! Anyways, I picked up the car about a year and a half ago from a kid going to college at ASU whose uncle had willed to him when he passed. Sadly, the kid needed the money more than the ride so I grabbed it at a great price. Cali car with no rust that had a worn out 350 and no interior.

I really wanted to update everything I could (on a budget) and this is what I've done so far:

-Complete redo of the interior, deluxe stock with the exception of ProCar front seats.

-New Vintage Gauges (This set looks fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough!)

-GM Fast Burn 385 Crate and 700r4 Trans. Wanted to go LS but found an insane deal on the engine brand new and had to take it. Hopefully go LS in a couple years.

-Ride Tech suspension all around with Uppers, Lowers, coil overs and air bar in back. I can't believe how much better this thing rides. Oh L&H Kustoms Spindles.

      -Baer Track 4 brakes

-Show Wheels 18/7's and 18/8's. Hoping to have enough funds for a minitub this spring/summer and then some fatter rims and tires.

Well thats the main guts so now some pics. I hope to attend some events in the near future and hope to meet everyone there!!

Camaro looks great. Did you have any caliper to wheel clearance issues?

No spacers whatsoever? Did you purchase them direct from show wheels?

No, I got them from Jon at Driverz Inc. Really affordable and have been pleased so far.
