Options for Budget 17s?

Hi everyone,
I am a student in university and recently acquired my dream car, a clean 1966 mustang coupe! I am planning to get it safe and reliable first so I picked up a set of brakes from a 2006 mustang GT, but now I need a set of 17 inch rims. I keep seeing all your beautiful rushforths, forgelines, NewGens, and others but I am not in the place financially to be able to afford them. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good brands or wheels for a pro-touring look with y-spokes or 5-8 spoked rims. I only need 17x7 and 17x8 in the back if I choose to stagger them, so that should hopefully keep the price down. My range is $200-300 and I have my eyes on a set of TSW interlagos (if 17x7.5 is not too wide for the front), do you pro-touring champions have any opinions on TSWs or any other types of rims you think would fit my budget?
