All accessories work when car is off key is out
I can run the wipers - blower fan- turn signals when the car is off key is out... The accessory on the fuse box is getting constant power. On a 73 satellite.... Wiring harness does not appear to be hacked up...any ideas?

Try unplugging the ignition key switch, if it goes out your switch is bad. If not you need to look for issues on circuit feeding those specific items.
Try locating a wiring diagram and trace back to where they all meet,,most likely the switch but without a diagrams its probably a search and repair.
