67 camaro body and subframe only

$4k obo- Customer had us start this car and found a 69 for a steal. We took out the stock 6er and rear end. WHats left is a good body and front subframe. We have the complete interior but everything needs to be replaced. The body looks like hell but when you take a closer looks its not bad. Needs a driver door, front fender and a quarter panel. THe floors are straight and rust free. He paid $4500 for the complete car and is willing to deal- I need it gone so call and make offers or call the sho and ill give you his number.

would it not double the value, to go ahead & blast the body, and put a guide coat of primer on it?
maybe even pop a cheapo fender & door on it, and prime it all same color.
