Chrysler/Dodge 545RFE has slip

Guys,



with ~85k mls we had our Truck in service and had also a trans. flush done by a Dodge dealership. After that driving or rather shifting was horrible. So they re-did it. After their 2nd try it was okay for a while. Now sometimes it slip while accelerating. The rpm's go up but the trans. need a second or two to find the right gear. Oil level is good, oil itself is good. Also sometimes - no matter if hot or cold - it shifts really hard from N into D. There are no leaks nor it's getting hot. Has 93k mls on it now.

Is this a common issue and do you think I should flush it again?
Or is there might a clutch going down?
