      20s all the way around???

I am debating on running 20s all the way around on my Chevelle.... I really want to run a 22 in the rear or do a 18 front 20s rear. Just aint sure how it will look and drive? any info, pics, or ideas about look and ride quality would be greatly appreciated!

2" is alot of stagger. just remember that if you stagger your wheel diameter 2", you will need to stagger the tire diameter at least 2" to keep the rear sidewalls from being shorter than the front sidewalls. this can be hard to do and keep matching tires.

It's your car. Do what you want. Personally, I'd do the 18/20 combo. Nice paint by the way.

Ya it looks good as is now, you could always go with a 19/20 combo.. Unless the thing is bagged and gets down and low I wouldn't run a 22 on the back of that. You would have to tuck some serious wheel to get it to look right.

Would I have an issue if I went with a shorter tire up front? I want the car to look like its leaning forward. Could I fit a 22 in their? Its not mini tubbed or anything crazy underneath.

the wheels on the car look great. to get a little rake, lower the front. shoot for even fender to wheel gaps front to rear.

However long you think your project will take, double it and you might be halfway right.

I'd either run a fatter tire out back or lower the front if you want some rake to it. It really does look good as is....

Leave it as it is... definitely dont go 22's, those are not for muscle cars as people have stated.

Also with a 20, i can still consider that a performance rim right? Cuz my ls6 should be puttin down about 500+ to the wheels.

If your going to drive it hard a bit keep the 20s if u want it just for show just buy the (2) 22s rears same wheels for show and you can always but back the 20s or vice versa w/18s or 19s up front but your right big bucks for small wheels sucks

We are going with 19/20's on Project Sabre, and I think that is about the maximum size I'd go with on a PT car, personally.
