ran into problem with the Scroggin Dickey clutch bracket for LS swap

Like I said in the title ran into problem with the Scroggin Dickey clutch bracket for LS swap, every thing on the build has gone very well motors in transmission is in drive shaft installed, finishing up exhaust and clutch linkage and the Scroggin Dickey clutch bracket is nowhere near lined up (almost 2 inches off) and about 1 inch to wide, all easy fixes, just want to know if any one here has had the same problems?? seems like a lot of problems for a bracket supposed to be made for this.....

Interesting. I didn't do an LS conversion but had to use it because the PBM aluminum block I used didn't come with a boss for the shift ball. Worked fine for me but obviously a different application.

Sounds like you made it work though. Can you post some pic's?

There are two SDparts clutch brackets. The one you have is the shorter of the two. There is a longer one for C2 & C3 corvette applications.
In addition, theres also the mount that goes directly on the bellhousing. Which was used before?
And did you take in account the engine placement? Even the 1" setback plates will move the block/bellhousing mating surface forward about 1/4".
