      Prodigy Paint Mock Up

Well, We decided to put some single stage Urethane on Prodigy for a final "primer". We like to put a couple coats of shinny single stage on blacks and other dark colors to get a look see and find any imperfections the old man here can't feel. We will then block this and base it with a light coat of base to set the color, then pile on the clear.

Anyway, as with everything it seems, a primer coat of black turned into laying out the stripes to verify the layout, and color. Then throw a few parts on it and here you have it. Please ignore the crocked loose taillights and such, most everything is just zip tied in.

I have to thank Bill for the use of his wheels / Tires, we will be using the same size 345 rears, but 2" wider 295 fronts, and Forgeline SP3Ps.

Personally I love the hood, but I REALLY love the way it looks from the rear.

I hate to be the first to post, but damn, that looks good. I also like the rear shot. Those exhaust tips are killer.
The wheels do look dead on as far as fit goes. I can not wait to see the SP3Ps on it.

PS. You could have posted one picture of that old frame you painted up too-LOL

Looking fantastic Frank!!! Love the hood, the exhaust tips and the wheel setting looks great.Just one question? Why does the rear spoiler have a reverse bow(sag)to it??Should it have a similar crown as the deck lid?

I have to admit that I've been thinking that PT Camaros are all played out, but that one just made me drop my mouse and litterly say "damn" out loud.

The spoiler is a piece of ****. The car will sit so low that no one will ever see it all they'll see is the top. But if you know how to fix it please do tell, LOL.

Yeah, the bar is funtional and real important. It ties into a crossmember, and has some hidden Stantions behind the interior trim panel. I am pretty happy with the roll bar also, it was a pain in the ass to make. You can see Michael making it on the website at Projects, Current Projects, Michael's Prodigy. He basically bent up the bar, spilt it and boxed it.
