Making changes to my camaro to sell it. looking for opinions.

I have been trying to sell my 72 camaro for awhile now with no interest. the few people who looked at it were scared away by it being too much of a race car and thinking they could not drive it.
I drive the thing everwhere ,its got a radical motor but its a good driving weekend car that is also a good track day car.
the race thing is mostly looks. so so far I removed and filled the trunk filler gas cap,the front and rear window retainers,the trunk pins,removed the fire system , roll bar padding,window net and a few switches so it looks less complicated .
it has no front wheelwells,no power anything except steering,stock inside with aftermarket seats and gauges.
It does look cleaner but trying to decide if I should do anymore,it has no stereo (you would not hear it with the under floor exhaust anyway..tailpipes maby?
I do not want to invest much more into it Im taking a big loss already I put in $75k and selling it for $30!
I need to sell it for the next project .I built this one more street fighter than pro touring ..the next will be pro touring so I have 1 car thats relaxing to drive.
should i install the smaller edelbrock 800 carb?
a strero?
stock gauges or steering wheel?
replace my front air intakes for the brakes with the stock marker lights?
I scraped the stock heater but could buy aftermarket?
any other ideas?
