Bait cars for street racing? Really? I guess those departments are in areas with no real crime, if they have time to try to entrap someone for "street racing". They know where the real street racers are in every town...anybody can tell you...but they have time to pick on some guy on the interstate in his late model musclecar? I'm not excusing those who take the bait, but thats BS. Obviously, the only real goal there is revenue for the department.

revenue for the department? HA! taxes buddy. people complain about cops, but then they complain when the cops don't get to them fast enough when they need them. individual departments rarely see money from traffic stops, that is sent to the state. taxes pay for local funding
