I swapped everything in my shop to Milto V-style connections and noticed a marked improvment. Best price I could find was amazon THIS includes 2 couplers along with 2 female and 2 male tool fittings.

Couplers accept "M" and "A" style tool fittings also, which is nice if you borrow a tool or need to use one out of the box and don't feel like swapping fittings right away.
