New plan, going with Ride Tech front suspension and coil overs. What spring rate?

I've changed my plan and will be ordering the Ride Tech stuff tomorrow. I'm going with the upper and lower StrongArms, Ride Tech spindles, and the non adjustable coil overs. I see there are spring rate options so I'm looking for advice.



Car will be street driven with plans to do light duty autocross, eventually, so I think the non-adjustable coil overs will be fine for me. Car will have an iron block 350 with 700R4 auto, PS, A/C, headers, aluminum manifold, battery in the trunk, leaf spring rear suspension for a while. I will probably be using the 15" wheels with 235/60R15 tires on it for a bit. All steel original body panels for now. Those are the plans, and hopefully be drive able in the by fall 2012/spring 2013.
