      Like to say hi and introduce myself I have a 1969 Malibu that I have owned since 1987 which was a total rust bucket. Wrecked in front needing complete doghouse, number 7 cylinder busted from carb screw, fresh turbo 350 that I had overhauled 6 months earlier. It was white black vyinal top and lots if rust. Replace 307 with a fresh rebuild, replace quarters with factory quarters, replace floor and trunk pans, found used doghouse and paint hugger orange with black SS stripes on hood and deck lid. Had a set of centerline autodrag all around with the little skinnies on the front, drove for 10 years this way.
      Now time to get serious blow car apart build 355 with tpi 11 to 1 compression 700r4 2200 stal converter 3.73 gears. Clean and rebuild all suspension with urathane bushings replace upper control arms with tube arms from left-handed chassis. New gm fenders, harwood 4" cowl hood and redo all bodywork and paint a metallic purple and tan leather int.
      Before putting car back on road I added rear disc brakes with American racing torque thrust IIs 17x9.5 front with 275/40zr17 rear 17x11 with 275/50zr17 nittos. Completely request car with a new painless harness and vintage air systom.
