Concave wheels on PT Cars . . . Any Pictures?

Anyone have pictures of concave mesh or other wheels on PT cars? I am considering the Forgestar f14's with the deep concave out back but cannot find any picture of concave rims on older muscle. Not sure if it would look right or not. Your thoughts and pictures if you have any.

See, I think it actually looks pretty good. On my wheel selection I am trying to go somewhat timeless rather than trendy. A mesh deisgn has become pretty timeless and seems to work well on most PT cars, especially in black. Anyone else have thoughts on this. I know NewGen has a number of deep concave wheels, but I have yet to see them mounted on a PT ride.

      That photoshop looks great!

I love the deep concave stuff. I just ordered a set from NewGen....can't wait to get them.....probably have them just in time for the snow...hahaha

I hear some people say how the concave stuff is "trendy", but I'm not so sure it is. It's been around for awhile, some factory wheels have been around for years. Look at some of the BMW wheels.....or even a stock IROC wheel back in the day...while not a deep concave, they are concave. Never the less, they look great and I don't think they will ever fall into that early 90's Boyd billet trend category if that's what your worried about.

I really wanted to get the NewGen spyder (mesh style) wheel in a deep concave but I just don't have the backspace requirements to make that wheel look good while still having a noticeable lip.

I like it also. The typical wheels used in pro touring are getting a little old to me, its time more people switch it up. I started a thread on here with some other photo shops and there is a yellow 69 in there with some mesh also

My choice has come down to a "mini lite" styled wheel or a mesh wheel, either would be in Satin Black. Both should be timeless, just not sure which would look best on my Falcon. The problem is that there are so few Falcons for examples of different looks.

I'm planning concave wheels for my Firebird. These are ADV flowspecs but they are not available in 19" yet. So I'm likely going to go with Forgestar CF5.

How about a set of our NewGen Chambers? They are available in 19" in either a standard concave or a deep concave. http://driverzinc.com/product/3pc-chamber/

Love those wheels Mike! I saw them at Driverz before they got shipped out to you.

Like Jon said, we've got a set of wheels coming in for my car. Look for some pictures of some concave NewGen Slides around SEMA time.

Thanks Matt! I was torn between the Chambers and Slides...looking forward to seeing them. I had the hardest time deciding on finishes, but I really like they way mine turned out and Jon was really helpful. What did you decide on for finishes? Is the car going to be at SEMA this year? I will be there and would love to check it out!
