Why is the text in the header stepping all over itself and where is the Login button?

Seems that with the new look of the forum, some of the text and fields are overlapping.

I can deal with the thread display statistics (i.e. posts xx through xy) showing up in odd places.

But I absolutely could not log in without attempting to reply to a topic and using the login page that popped up from there. In the top right in the header on any forum list of topics page the 'Help' and 'Register' options were available, but no 'Login' even though the fields for username, password, and Remember me were present.

I'm at the office, which is (still) using IE7.


I also know of an apparently new member who cannot post.
