Monotube Eddy IAS vs. Monotube single adjustable

I am competing in optima Challenge and we are trying to make a last minute decision on the (non-coilover) shock package. It's a '68 Charger 3800lbs., big torsion bars and sway bars.

Trying to see if going from the monotube IAS shock to a single adjustable monotube shock like a ridetech, etc. would be worth the cost at this point. I know the adjustability would be nice but the Eddy IAS seems to hold up. We did up-size the torsion bars a bit and I am little concerned about over stressing the shock now.

I know this is broad question but I am down to it here and thought I would see if some input would sway me one way or the other.
