I have nearly the same application with my 67. I talked with someone at dynatech yesterday and they said that they have very few problems. If they don't fit, they said that returning them within a few weeks is no problem as long as they still look new.
So... I think I will be picking up a set during my travels next week and hopefully will be trying them on the following weekend. Unless I can find something obvious, I will be picking up a set of standard deck headers, even though the ports on my heads are raised 0.600". The old no-name headers I have fit the clutch linkage and floor perfectly, but the primaries are too small and the flange is crap, I can't get them to seal up to the head.
I'll let you know how they fit when I get back!

Sorry it took so long, but I finally got the standard deck headers. CORRECT! They do not clear the clutch linkage!
I don't know about the tall deck version, I am going to use these as I like how tight they tuck against the floor. I'm in the process of moving the z-bar ball and bracket rearward about an inch. I have the linkage moved backwards now using mocked up brackets, I'll mount the header tomorrow and see if everything clears on the driver side. The passsenger side was a lot better, I had to grind a tiny bit off the edge of my bellhousing.
