By the way, I have already built my AWD Charger in the game.....its pretty much awesome. My only complaint so far is the tire size, they for some stupid reason wont let me put my 315's on all 4 corners

The really important question here is what times are you guys getting in the reasonably priced cars? I have raced he Liana and the Cee'd so far

I did the Cee'd rivals mode race once. I only went fast enough to just barely beat Matt. I'm trying to ween myself off of the braking line aid right now so I'll have to see what I can do.

Well, this is the first time in a long time I've been able to get online.

Anywho, I want to Welcome and Thank all those who have joined our little ProTouring group on Forza4.

We're 8 members strong as of today, and from the cars I'm seeing being uploaded to the Group Garage, some pretty good looking cars. Can't wait to test drive a few. :P

      GamerTag : Matty40k

Anybody who was thinking of getting this game to help pass the time between race days, or when there's nothing to do on our real race cars... feel free to grab a copy and join us. We have some fun with it.

Jon and I have spent countless hours with Forza3 and now are logging in some good hours on Forza4. We've had some good battles where we've traded 1st place between us countless times only to throw it away at the last corner by just tagging one another and we go spinning off into crashville. Or our favorite, doing a good solid clean lap of Nurburgring only to hit a 'death' curb and having the car go turtle on you. Hilarious and frustrating at the same time. :P

Nope, there are a lot of cars already unlocked and ready to use. Although, you will have to play a little to get some money in the game to buy said cars. No worries though, money comes easy and quick when you play. Depending on the difficulty level you put it on, you can get up to 165% of the Money Payout for each race. Higher the difficulty, the more money they throw your way.

And with Affinity in the game, you get parts for cheap and or free if you play with a manufacture long enough. If you get to level 5 Affinity.. which doesn't take long at all, you get parts for free. So with say Chevrolet, you get to level 5 Affinity, your parts are 100% off. Now you can buy any Chevy and upgrade it full tilt for free.

Not only that, but as you level up your Affinity with a manufacture they give you money. Sorta like "Sponsorship" money for being loyal to them. Right now, I've got Chevy at level 16 and each time I level up they throw me $85,000. Not a bad little bonus ontop of the money I gained from the actual race.

See you on the track. ;)

Do I actually have to do something to load up my cars for you guys to drive? or can you all just go thru what I have and play around? I doubt ill ever be able to race around with you guys online since I live in the boonies and rely on a verizon air card for internet. It can be fast when it wants but usually its just not

If you're talking about the club garage cars, it doesn't take anything too special. Only cars that you specifically make available for the club can be shared by club members. Otherwise, your cars are private. Once the owner/builder has put them in the club garage, anyone in the club can use them for any race (unless that car is otherwise restricted from competing by class, drivetrain type, etc.) Before starting an event, you can select a car from the general list, your garage, or the club garage.

      Oh, it is way fun.

We're gearing up for our first Club vs. Club match... well, we think we are anyways. Nothing set in stone, but we are going for matching liveries on our cars and going to frieght train our way to victory.

We could always use more people to play with.

Although, if you get some what decent and play online with random peoples. Be prepared to get "voted" out of the lobby if you repeatedly win with an old car. haha.. I guess people aren't used to seeing ProTouring cars out handle them. I take it as a compliment. :P
