4l65 crossmember first gen
I can't things to line up with my ls2/4l65 combo. I ordered a 700r4 crossmember from CPP mostly because a lot of the crossmembers on summit's site listed them as working with a 4l60 or 700r4 in a camaro. I bought hooker plates that put the bellhousing in the stock location. However, the mounting pad on the trans goes at least 1.75 inches past the crossmember holes and the crossmember holes are off center. So I have a bunch of questions.
Is the 700r4 the same length to the pad as a 4l65?
Is the pad on the 700r4 supposed to be off center or did CPP make another POS?
What mounts and crossmember did you guys use on your swap? I currently have hooker plates.
