      Great Labor Day Cruise (Autocross)

It is time for the Great Labor Day Cruise again at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds (where the Orange County Fair happens). The cruise takes place on Sept 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and has a good Autocross, better than the Goodguys "peanut". I will be there on the 3rd and 4th for the autocross with the Malice Malibu.

      Here is the a link.

All right who is ready to tear it up?

I would be there, I even created an event page for it on FB; but I am running out of time to get the Nova ready for Buttonwillow, so I'll have to back out of this one....

Do you have another American car? On Sunday, American powered cars of any year are allowed in. I suggest entering whatever you have and getting some laps in. Last year, I blew a valve cover gasket on my Trans Am so I drove it home and came back with my daily driver fox Mustang. Another option is talk a buddy of yours into entering.

Both days should be good for spectators. I can't imagine you'll have a hard to getting a good spot along the fence or anything like that. I'm planning on making it up at least one day, if not both, so if you see my purple Camaro, come up and say hi, and I'll take you for a lap or two around the little autocross.
