Junk yard wiper motor wiring to stock nova switch, help needed

Hello Guys, just found a tinier wiper motor in the local JY, tested works great and has the wire as described in the Ehow how to's page (link below)

I tried several ways but nothing works and I'm blowing fuses, I found out last night on the web that the stock wiper switch only switch the ground for speeds and park, with Ehow I can locate the terminals that I need ( good start) but now lost to wire to the switch.

Is it possible to convert the switch si it switches 12v instead of ground?
