Not to speak for Jeff, the Issue he had (and the issue I had) was with the stock Disc brakes. The nut that holds the steering arm hit the discs.

I don't think you will have a problem with the Kore3 brakes. The offset on the rotor doesn't appear to be as great and they are larger in diameter.

I have a thread in the suspension forum somewhere. I know brownz was asking for pictures of the car with the Tru-Turn kit on Hotchkis coils to see how low it was. I took pictures with my phone but never uploaded them. I'll try to do that and update the thread.

      yes, they don't work together.

sell them and buy new headers. Your steering box will thank you too.

I intentionally used Hooker LS conversion headers on my car to fit the Tru Turn because the 48 Hour Camaro has them so I'm not sure why you say that Hooker headers don't work. The thread you posted is about Dynatech headers - they definitely won't work without modifications. Not trying to be a smart butt just trying to avoid mis-information.

Glad to help! There are some pictures in this thread of the 48 Hour car that would interest you.

Would anyone know if these shorty headers will work with the tru turn? I have the stock 307 and I need exhaust but not sure if these will work. I dont think a shorty header will be a problem but thought I would ask before I purchase http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-68600

      Thanks

I don't know if its necessary, the kit is made to reduce bump steering on the early cars, maybe the later model Mustangs don't have the same problems of bump steering, sorta like the Camaros 67-69 had crazy bump steer and the 70 up camaros had very little so its not needed
