Anyone Have Magnuson Issues?

I know Magnuson (Magnacharger) has a great reputation for having complete kits and good customer service, but has anyone dealt with them lately? Putting a TVS1900 on an LS3 to drop in a 2000 model vehicle doesn't sound too hard, does it? Have you guys gotten the right parts, not just a standard box of whatever they send with a standard kit? They sent me the standard "Box 2" with the wrong intake manifold gaskets (manual says to reuse the originals though), the wrong manifold bolts, no fuel rail, no fuel crossover tube, and the wrong injectors. Actually the injectors were part of "Box 1", but that's not the point. When there's limited time to work on stuff, and it comes in wrong, it gets damn annoying. Every time I find one problem or part that doesn't fit, we talk, they send something out, I ask if that's all I need...then I find a new problem the next day. So my question is, have the rest of you been pleased with them? Did your kits get installed as expected? Did I really throw them a curve here? Maybe everyone there is new....



Also, what did you think of the setup once you were finished?

I'm a Magnacharger dealer and I've had no problems what so ever. Easy install etc etc. Everybody makes mistakes, how they handle the mistake is what really matters.

Never had problems with them. They do a lot of installs and sales not far from where I work. I get to see them test driving the cars sometimes, they always sound wicked!

I installed a magnacharger on my car earlier this summer...I was actually really impressed with the completeness of the kit. Of coarse, when you are paying that kind of money for something it better be right. Hopefully you got your issues resolved.

Seems all the Magnuson issues are FINALLY resolved. Never thought it would be such an ordeal though. Guess this thread is closed.
