I think it's a good move. I personally don't care for the look of carbon fiber all that much. Painting things will keep a more unified look

Personally, I think it's kind of cool. Hit them with a velvet hammer.

I'd rather cover it up as well. Maybe show off the carbon in a stripe or as an outline of the bird.

I wish I actually had a budget, I'm actually at the point where I have to sell parts and a project car to afford to buy parts for my build.

Fit looks great, at least what I can see in the pics, Albert did ya good with those pieces.
Did the boxes feel light compared to the original sheet metal?

I think the subtle reveal in the TA stripe will tell the CF tale just fine for the hood and nose... the painted fenders and valance will maintain the stealth aspect. Looking great Bill!

Can't wait to see the car finished, is Jamie doing the entire build? If so he's going to be very busy over the next 4 months

I know Timm's(Skyscrape) car is going out to NM also to be finished by him and the kids.

Yes, James is doing the bulk of the work........then the car comes to me for some finish work and the interior completed(TigerCage install, etc.)When interior is completed, the car will be shipped to Hendrick Motorsports for tuning, then off to Detroit Speed.
Demented Customs busy? Try Skrapes car, Joba Chamberlin's,Michael Strahan's,"Uncle Louis" Fat Boy's Caddy......and MY Blazer!!!!! I'd say they're busy!!!

So many sponsors have gone above and beyond on this build;hopefully the car does not disappoint.
