Need help figuring this out. Body plate?

We just started cleaning out our recently purchased '67 Camaro to get at the floor pans. I found this plate laying in the car with the rest of the trash & misc car parts. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't belong to our car, it has one on the firewall already.

      It reads:

      ST 73 1XY17 214231 BDY
      TR 754 A51 51 51 PNT
      05A X 040464
      GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION
CERTIFIES TO THE DEALER THAT THIS VEHICLE
CONFORMS TO ALL US FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY
STANDARDS APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF MANUFACTURE

Figured it out on my own, Google is my friend. It's from a '73 Nova hatchback V8, light yellow paint, and black perforated vinyl bucket seats. Also decoded the plate on our Camaro while I was at it. This is one of the websited I used http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#InteriorColors
