ATTN Australia Pro-touring - need help with engine shop recommendation

Ive got a friend in South Africa whos looking to build a 2010 Toyota for off road. He's been looking at Edelbrock proFlo xt 9.0 crate engines for the swap. I was looking to help him ship from US and this was very high cost.
Can I get a recommendation on engine builders down under that may be able to assist him with Chevy EFI crate engine, engine builders that can provide complete solution with FAST or EFI, Edelbrock distributors of crate engines.

If there are Australian companies building comparable injection systems to FAST let me know who they are and I can research those companies also.

Wish I was in a position to recommend someone....there should be some good guys around...could try C.O.M.E. in victoria (I think thats Chev Offroad and Marine Engineering)
Haltech are an Aussie company that does good quality EFI management systems.... I had one of their early boxes running a TPI system on my 70 Camaro...worked fine after I sorted some hardware issues resulting from the bozos that did the original fitting, lol.
I don't think they'd be any cheaper than running US sourced parts, though.
