      Compushift TPS calibration problem

Hi, I have an original Compushift, plugged into a 4L60E. The engine is an LS3. I'm having problems calibrating the TPS. According to the directions, we connected the grn/wht wire to to the low or grounded side of the TPS (pin "C" - Low Reference) and the solid green wire to the sensor signal. Problem is there's two sensor signal wires at the TPS. First we connected to TPS Sensor Signal 1 (pin "D") and we got a code 17 from the Compushift, and it didn't want to upshift. We then switch the wire to TPS Sensor Signal 2 (pin "F"), and now we get a code 16 and it wants to downshift to early. We've gone through the calibration procedure several times.

      Any ideas?
