LQ9 w/LS3 Heads - What controller & harness to use?

After spending time searching, I cannot find anywhere that looks like this questions has been asked before, so I'll give it a whirl: As the title shows, I am moving forward on my build of an LQ9 w/LS3 heads and intake (all of this in front of a T56). At this point, I do not have an engine wiring harness or controller, and would appreciate any suggestions. I would definitely go for the GMPP setup (can't beat the cost), but am concerned the appearance may be a bit bulky and OEM-esque. Also, do I need to be concerned with the LS3 top-end, and the LQ9 short block (w/ the 24x reluctor)?

Of course, form follows function, but I wasn't sure if there were any other ideas/suggestions out there.

      Thank you for any feedback.

Easiest way is to go with a Gen3/LQ9 PCM and get the adapter harness to run the LS3 throttle body. The Gen3 PCM can be flashed with a Corvette program so that it will control the throttle body. You'll also have to get the pedal and controller assembly for inside the car. I'm assuming you're running the drive by wire setup. If not, just ignore the info on that and run the Gen3 PCM all the same. This will keep you from having to change the reluctor rings

You cannot use the GMPP kit with a 24X reluctor becuase it comes with a E67 ECM which will only work with a 58X reluctor. You can go with WS6's suggestion or look into what it would take to run an E40 ECM that is designed for the 24X.
