I am trying to find the part number for the flex plate that goes with the LS motor and the 700R4.

hughes performance, flexplate hp4004, spacer hp3795.
its in the edelbrock catalog.

I've got a flexplate and spacer kit that will work, or you can use the stock flexplate with my spacer and bolts.

I know this issue has been solved for the OP, but Summit Racing stocks a kit from Advance Adapters that includes the flexplate, spacer, and hardware for about $140+shipping. Part number ADD-712500A. Just thought it should be added.

I ended up using a kit from turn key. Everything fit great.
