2002 Z06 Vette is it worth it?

I have the chance to purchase a wrecked 02 Z06 Vette. It is punched in the front end and the tinsurance company totalled it. I looked at it very quick and left my number with the guy thinking he wouldn't call but he did. It appears that the suspension is intact but the body is tweaked and the fenders and hood are shot. The motor has 90K on it. There is a clear title and he wants $7800. My ? is to you guys is there any room to make money on it or should I pass.
I would part it out not fix it.

For that price I would think it would be tough to make much money. If you are looking to use some of the parts on your own project and sell whats left you may do well. I would look close at the front of the engine before you decide and make sure it didnt take a hit in the crash. Even better is if you can hear it run if possible.
I am not useless, I can still be used as a bad example!

pass, you can get one not wrecked with 1/2 the mileage for 20k. The motor is only worth 2k tops with that kind of mileage on it. (last year my friend bought a 23k mile ls6 for $2500 for reference.)
