L92/LS3 Crate Engine - New - Houston, TX

I have two 6.2L L92 engines that I purchased for hotrod swap projects. I've decided that I only need one of them, so I'm selling the other.

      $4800 cash firm
. These sell for $6-7K without the sensors and accessories, so I know this is a good price for one. You can pick whichever L92 you want of the two when you arrive. They are just North of Houston, in the Woodlands area. I will not ship them! But, I can help you load them into a pickup truck.

      Engines are brand new
, still in the wood crates. They have most of the needed items on them.

      -various sensors
-truck style intake and fuel rails (LS3 intake is a direct swap)
      -injectors
      -coil packs/wires
      -exhaust manifolds
      -crank pulley
      -water pump
      -throttle body
      -flexplate
      -etc...

These engines are essentially LS3 engines, but have pistons with valve reliefs. This allows you to run a more aggressive cam than what an LS3 can handle. They are rated at 403 hp and 417 ft-lbs completely stock. These engines will make over 400 rwhp with just bolt-ons, and 475-500+ rwhp with cam swaps.

      Here are the GM specs
Standard equipment on the all-new 2007 Cadillac Escalade and GMC Yukon Denali, the L92 has brought Corvette technology into the truck market. The L92 engine brings you the same 403-horse effort from a 6.2L Vortec V8 small-block that borrows from all of the features that have made our LS Family of engines world renowned for their efficiency, design, and performance. Now, the L92 is available to you as a crate engine from GM Performance Parts.

The 6.2L L92 engine features an all-aluminum design; deep skirt 6-bolt main LS block; variable valve timing; coil-on-plug design; high-flow L92 heads designed with influences from the LS7 Corvette cylinder head; true four-into-one exhaust manifolds; high-volume intake plenum; beehive valve springs; cast-aluminum rockers on needle bearings with roller tips; and a large-volume throttlebody. All together, the L92 kicks out an astonishing 403 horsepower and 417 lb.-ft. of torque with a broad, powerful torque band.

The L92 is the next great small-block truck engine from GM. Get your L92 crate engine from GM Performance Parts, and get your project car or truck moving in the fast lane.
