I made the mistake of mentioning at the beginning of lunch that I had spun out but missed the hat since another driver right after me did the same. Someone tattled on me, so one of the pretty ladies that volunteered for the day showed up with the hat and placed it on my melon. It stayed there longer than anyone since I had to wear it through lunch and the first pass on the road course until Kyle did the double 360.

But what I really want to see are the pics of the bunny ears. They were used after lunch since the autocross and road course were too far away to make passing the hat practical. Come on guys and gals, fess up.....

Well my spin is pretty tame I think compared to some of you rock stars out there. However, here is a clip of my first outing on the road course where I describe my driving as a mess lol.

EDIT: ha ha awesome. Looks like youtube selected the a frame for the default picture of me mid spin.

Dave, Jon, Mike, it was great meeting you guys finally. I've never had such a good time at an event and look forward to hanging out with you guys again soon. The weekend just went by way too fast.

Pink tutu eh Gaetano? Just bring all the pink you have an we'll hand it out accordingly!

You were looking pretty good Chad. They really opened up that second chicane on the front straight.

Yeah they did. But I could see going in too hot with it that open. I was really on the binders coming out of that chicane into the sweeper.

Thanks God one did not have to wear the pink hat for hitting cones, I did an excellent job on a cone in the gate. I hit it so hard I was waiting for the orange confetti. To all those that wore the hat of shame, you made that look good.

Sorry couldn't resist, we used to hand out the pink tutu to all who spun in the first session. Tried to respond to your PM but it was full.

Looks like it turned out to be an awesome event!!

Nice one Chad... 1st session on Saturday the Road Course was a mess, I lost the front end on the G8 going through the "Start/Finish" on my 1st lap, luckily I recovered it before it understeered me into the barriers. And I kept washing the front end going over the painted stripe on the back section.

I wish the Saturday people got as much seat time as the Sunday people. The practice sessions in the morning, and timing in the afternoon was a big improvement I think.
