No pepboy hoist drama here.
      I have the same 2-ton model. A few years ago i yanked the engine from 87' jeep wrangler and it actually did lift the front wheels off the ground.(little bit). And just a few weeks ago i used to lift my new engine. No problems with it.



      Their engine stand however, leaves a lot to be desired.
