Clearcoat over flat black and gloss copper

I've got this 442 that came with a new copper/clearcoat paint job.
It also came with an unfinished fiberglass induction hood and wing. I would like to paint the hood in flat black with copper accents on the induction scoops to match the rest of the car. Is there a clear coat that will keep the black flat AND match the copper gloss on the rest of the car?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm new to paint.

Sure, there is a clearcoat that can be flat/matte/satin with some flattening agent and still can be used without and have high gloss, but you will have to paint the hood with flattening agent mixed in , let it cure and spray regular clear on accents. There are also flat clears already premixed, just add activator/hardener.

I was hoping it could be done with a single clear over everything....oh well.

there is no way that can happen,it's either flat or gloss, you can't make half a part glossy and other half flat with in one shot
