As the day winds to an end

After a brief leg stretching at the Casa de Fruita we ventured west till we could smell the ocean air as we crested the Hecker pass. Sy stuck the camera to the windshield to get some footage as I tried to run over every single dot that separated our lane from that traffic headed in the opposite direction. I find it much more exciting when the on coming traffic has to get outta my way…
We met up with some good friend which included Mary And David Pozzi at our good friend John Lipori’s beautiful home for a great meal and even more laughter than I could ever expected. Mary was in true form and I swear I have not laughed so much in years! By the end of the night my face hurt from laughing so much. Trust me when I say Don’t trust her in your kitchen with a few mischievous friends…Just ask John, I think he was going to blow a gasket… as the evening wound down and Mary and Dave departed we got a tour of Johns massive collection of automobile memorabilia. we then ventured out to his garage to get a glimpse of his prized possessions. The three he has at home don’t hold a candle to his latest endeavors Musclecarjohn soon to be known as 1320john…if its not a quarter mile or more, it’s just a warm up..
