      Brake Booster to manual brakes

What all would it take to convert my vacuum assisted to a manual brake system? or is it possible? Does Wilwood or someone make a conversion kit? There is no room for the valve covers and the booster. I may just need to go to a 9" vs the 11" I currently have...

Assuming you're referring to the '69 Camaro in your signature line, you can convert directly to manual brakes by removing the booster and installing the correct bore MC for a manual application. If you're running OE disc/drum or drum/drum brakes, a 1" bore MC should do the job just fine. You would need to relocate your pushrod to the upper hole in the pedal to change your pedal ratio to ~6:1, but there's not that much else to it.

Wilwood makes a nice universal 1" bore tandem master cylinder (#260-8555-*/BK/P) if you want to go aluminum, however most aftermarket options will be for disc/disc configurations and as such will not have the 10 psi residual pressure valves in the ports feeding drum brakes. Post up your brake configuration and then we can provide more specific details pertaining to your application.
