problems with account

[37OLDS]

I have an existing account under sharp67. I have been unable to access it. I have tried many different ways to access it with no luck. I posted in this section several weeks ago for assistance but have not seen any replies, and my thread appears to be gone. I have started a new account under 37olds. the two accounts have the same email. I would prefer to have my old sharp67 account. can any one please help me make this happen? feel free to reply via notifications or my email address which you should have on file in the system. could someone let me know either way if they can help.
