AFCO Street Shocks vs Pro Street Shocks, Differences/Opinions?

I have a 76 T/A that I'm trying to get as much handling ability as I can out of a street car. And, now it's time for shocks. I've been looking through pro-touring f-body, Summit Racing, Day Motorsports, random circle track forum posts through Google searches, and am super confused as to what to get.

I have a 1 1/4" front sway bar, 1" rear bar(is too much, but feels balanced because the motor is a very very lightly tuned pontiac 400 that still has to be smogged every 2 years), 700 lb/in front coils, stock rear leafs(around 125-ish) with polyurethane bushings. UCAs have rubber bushings, and the LCAs have polyurethane bushings(Wasn't my doing, car came like this). 255/60/15 Radial T/As all around on 15x7 snowflakes.

      1)Afco 1020/Afco 1033/1034
      2)Pro Shock SS100/SS200

Also how do you read shock specifications? For example, 155 Comp/260 Rebound.
