      I like the suggestions from the guys above...

      But what fuel are you running? i had a similar problem, countless hours of tuning and adjustments... after all that I filled up with the best gas i could find in my area (sunoco 93 or 94?)... after that the pinging went away... My only reasoning to why this happened: my calculations were off for my Comp ratio, despite all the head cc and piston specs, i forgot about my head gasket thickness and the fact that i had high comp (64cc) iron heads... get your tune as close a possible and try running good gas... hope this helps, ruling out simple things like this are a good way to start...
