      Morning Lee,

Since the paint is satin it needed something to make the car "POP" and bright shinny wheels made a huge difference. It's possible that the centers may get painted after Sema like the did on "Pissed Off"

Eventualy this car will have 295's all the way around however the rear tires will be 1.5" taller. Looking at these cars from the side they just look like they need a taller tire in the rear. So when we install the Scott Mock Subframe under the front it will allow me to run a 295 35 18 on the front to match the 29 35 19 that are currently on the rear.

and thank you for the compliments on the cost saving idea's

      But it is your car.
Heck Im still debating wheels for "What If,,,?" as I am trying to get the look "stock" enough to make believe GM got it right 10,15 yrs earlier than they did as I was looking at the Vette split 5 spoke in black,,,,and buddy talked me into 9.5 in wheels all around so I can rotate for wear,,,and I agree as well as looking for suitable tires that are asymmetrical versus directional.
As an alignment tech I HATE directionals. They NEVER wear right in longer treadwear ratings, soft tires usually wear out before showing bad wear and look/ride like a$$.
But car is sure looking good and you have given me some ideas on "Cheap Trick".
      Keep it up.
