      Master Cylinder Bore Size??

I have decided to change over to a manual brake set up for my car. I found this place online, TNT Race Shop, that makes a kit for gbodies. The only problem is...is that I am not sure which master cylinder to get for my application. Here's what I have

      88 Monte Carlo SS
      Front Brakes: 13" Baer T4
Rear Brakes: Stock drum...Baer will come in the next year.
Inline Tube SS hard lines and hoses.

TNT Race Shop offers Strange Master Cylinders in either 1.032" or 1.125"

They also have the option just to buy the adapter plate so I could use ny m/c of my choosing. What do you all recommend??

With the drums, I would almost definitely go with the larger bore or your fronts might lock much faster than the rear. You can calculate it based on the total piston area and travel for both front and rear set-ups, but with drums, your pedal stroke to lock the rears is going to be pretty big on just over 1" bore. wow...brake info overload!!!

Let me just say one thing...TOBIN KNOWS HIS SH*T!!! We spoke for well over an hour during two different phone calls. Alot was discussed on pedal feel...brake pressure...pedal travel...piston area...etc. He really opened up my eyes to what goes into setting up a correctly functioning brake system.

Through our conversation we decided to go with a 1" bore M/C because I have a 1" bore Wilwood M/C in my possesion and we might as well start with that. I will put that on along with correctlly modifying my stock brake pedal and some more aggressive pads and see what I think. If that doesnt feel right then I may go down to a Chrysler style 15/16" bore m/c and the last effort will be a 7/8". He thought the 7/8" m/c would be the best with my set up but I already have a new 1" one so thats going to be the starting point....I will keep you all updated! Check out my build thread for updates!!
