Its not as bad as it looks. I am fixing a few problems and doing a few safety things that I wanted to clean up. New oil pan, Blow shield ( I hit the rev limiter in 4th at one of the tracks and thought what a bad place to have a clutch come apart) . The rear was a little out of alignment from welding on it and the inner tube seals were leaking so it was a good time to fix both. That is the biggest things but I figured I would try to fluff the primer up on the chaise wile it was apart. 30,000 miles or so on it. I did not plan on it being in primer this long but looks like it will be this way for quite some time. ( OK by me I actually like it).
I will be ready and at the event. See you their Randy

Mine looks just like that Randy. They seem like minor changes, but the car seems to be blown apart to nothing. I'm just glad that I'm not the only one who wrenching so close to the event, see you there. Ron

Don't worry Ron and Randy, your not alone! We just put the front suspension back together, but are up to our necks in the L92 swap. I think we're good on time, but still lots of pricey parts to buy...

My spring break is the week before RTTS, so Ive got 1 week to put in a new motor (hopefully its done), break it in, and fix about 100 other things before Im ready. Its going to be close!

one more in the "in pieces" club... I got a lot done this weekend though, at least the rear end is back in the car and I got one of the front brakes together... got the accusump in too. Still fighting the heater core (found a leak when I took the carpet out to do the dynamat and I'm on my third replacement trying to get one to fit)... Boy I hope we have good weather after all this work! -Dan

I wish I had more time. I am impressed on how much work you guys are doing. Wow! I feel like a slacker. I just received my 6 piston Stop Tech brakes via UPS on Friday. I am not going to be able to get them on. Oh well ... it still will be a great day!

Looks good Dan. I to am starting to put the car back together. Hung the front suspension and mounted the oil cooler. Hope my new blow shield shows up today so I can put the motor and trans back.
Hope every one else is getting the cars back together. The clock is on us all. Good luck Randy

I thought I was pushing in needing some tires, pads and a starter. Need to find a nice helmet too.
