Great Review fom Jet Hot Coating

I just wanted to tell the forum I had a great experience with Jet Hot coating. Basically when removing my headers that I had coated with jet hot ceramic coating, the bottoms had started to chip off.
So, I decided to test the warranty, I sent them in and without a receipt and the info I had on hand about my previous purchase they were able to find me in the computer and said that my warranty was still valid.
I sent it in for 25 dollars, they bead blasted and re-coated it asap and sent it back out, no questions asked. They sent it back within a week, the total amount was 50 dollars. An awesome experience.
and I must admit I did not follow their instructions about taking care of the coating perfectly since i never read the instructions (stupid), but knowing this they still took them back and re-coated them.
So two thumbs up for Jet Hot!!!!!!

The guys involved at Jet Hot are good people and I would expect nothing less from them.

That's good to know, but it seems pretty much par for the course for good coaters. I both purchased my raw headers and had them coated by thermal tech in VA. I had no chipping but did have a little discoloration. Called thermal tech and talked to Andy. No questions asked. Sent them in, they were done over perfectly, no charge whatsoever. Took 10 days including shipping.
