I'm also getting 400's this morning while trying to browse through a proxy server. The request seems to be refused due to header size. Everything works fine through my phone.

      They were all 400.
      Bad Request
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I finally had a chance to look at things a little closer. When I bypassed the proxy it was still causing issues. I did a packet capture and it looked like it was requesting a ton of info from the cookies, most of which wasn't really needed. After clearing old cookies for PT.com it seems to work fine now.
