      Newb with T/A from MN

New Guy here, a few details on me and my car.
I have a 82 Recaro Trans Am, I am the second owner, and the recaro seats were long gone when I got it back in '06. The car was a black and tan car, but has since been gutted, and restored the way I wouldve made it. 99% of the work, and custom fab is all by my hand, other than the actual laying of the paint.
The car sits on 17x8 and 17x9 AR Cartels for now, c5 vette brakes up front and wilwood calipers on stock sized ws6 x-drilled rears.
Everything on the car was removed, and replaced or modified/refurbished. I own Twin Cities Powder Works so anything that could be, was powder coated.
The drive train consists of a nasty 13:1 compression, carbed and dart headed e85 383. made 601hp @ the crank @ power plus dyno in Ellsworth, WI. The trans was set up originally with a built 700r4 with a 3k stall and 4.11's out back. Im not a track guy so the high stall and limited range I was getting on the street got old. I have since upgraded to s t56 and can now drive well past the 100 miles a full tank of corn used to get me.

I get a kick out of pulling up to the pumps and filling it up with e85. People give me a confused look.

heres a few recent photos from this summer:

plans for the winter include, bigger wheels all around, 18's should be about right,, and bigger brakes as well, and finish my AC retrofit

Very cool. I have a second gen and plan to build a third gen one of these days. I had two when I was growing up.
