I can't lie, I actually built this in my spare time at work. It's made of 2x2x1/8" angle
The uprights are 8' but can be shorter, the bottom angle is 24" and is obviously 90 deg.to the uprights the angled pieces are set at 85 deg.to the uprights and are 22" long. The width can be whatever you choose. The three pieces I used for the width can be any distance from the upright you choose. Which is why I bolted mine in, this can also help control how high the tires sit in each "shelf".with the way I set the angles for width you can easily label where the tire came from (for those who can rotate your tires). You'll notice I added some little braces on the angled pieces and the tires on the bottom don't touch the floor leaving a small space which can be perfect for different set of lug nuts...center caps etc.
