      C5 on the R10

Still have a few things to wrap up, but Im 90% done. Alls thats left is to center the C5 caliper bracket over the rotor. For mock up on the 12 bolt I picked up off of a late 80 model c-10, I had the axles outer diameter steped down and the center register turned down so it would fit the stock rotor.

(sharpied the inside rotor had to see where the e-brake shoe makes contact... looks good to me)

I also need to figure out how to remove the cable fitting on the ebrake cable. I purchased Dorman because of the $ + I ordered some stuff from rockauto.com. These are not twisted on like another member he had done (probally his were OE) rather they are crimped on. Ive got an idea or 2 on how i am going to get it off. The idea that came to mind is cut off about 4 total so there is sheething on the end. get bolt or something similar to the ID of the sheething, drill a hole through the sheething and bolt towards the cut end. Place the clamped end in the vice loosely and smack the head of the bolt, hoping they seperate.. sounds good anyway

The 13.8" rear brakes I retrofitted stop great, just dont have e-brake at the moment. I rarely use it but want it. Ive laid out a new design to incorporate it, but forgot to send it to the laser cutter with this past order :(

anyway, last thing to buy is an adjustabe prop valve. Currently the fronts lock up before the rears (ideal), but would like to see if the rears need more psi to be more usefull

Made some good progress this past weekend. Started centering the caliper on the rotor... no big deal but something wierd though... one side needed to be pushed out .10, and the other side needed to be .10 inwards... I thought that was strange.. Large .10 washers did the trick. Made the ebrake parking cable bracket and cable holder.. Ive figured out the lengths of the parking brake cable, havent brazed a new stop on the end yet... next weekend.
Also i think i have figured out how to link the e-brake to the original cable... just need to pick up a camaro intermidate cable from the bone yard.
heres what Ive got so far

finaly got em installed this weekend. I think I need to gut the prop valve and install an adjustable one to get the most out of disc/disc. I didnt do this "test" on the old setup, but it seems that I need more line pressure to the rear. The test I am reffering to is the power brake test.. at 1500 rpm I could hear the tires start to break loose and start to spin. anyway, I need to place an order with summit for a posi, gears and the adjustable prop valve. I noticed some of the teeth on the spider gears were damaged.

anywya, heres a pic of them insalled
