simulated rotors

Ok guys dont laugh! I finally spent my life savings on my new intro wheels and now I need to save up for shoes! Anyway the next logical step would be rear brake conversion, as now the rear drums are exposed and look silly. Well Its going to be quite some time before that happens, so I came across these disc brake simulators at jc witney or( fake looking rotors without calipers) I know its hokey but its got to look better than the drums right. What do you think and does anybody have a better solution than this. And remember I dont race, just cruzin and ocassional sprinting.
